What is this port on a laptop?

Greetings.
I'm scratching my head what kind of port is on the laptop:

Painful googling finds something like a "secure lock slot" in the bourgeoisie, but it is not mentioned in the specifications, nor in the reviews (in Russian) for this laptop, and how to use it is not clear. Image search for other laptops shows the presence of some kind of physical key, but there was nothing like this in the kit..
