Which laptop to choose for an Android developer in the region of $600?

The end of my old HP has come. It's time to change the horse.
I looked around the web stores and realized that there were too many options. So I decided to ask people. So far, this option is more or less suitable .
Of the requirements:
- RAM is very desirable 6 GB (I do not count on more)
- Pre-installed Windows (better than 8, but I'll survive 7)
- The rest of the hardware to be more or less at the level. I do not play games, so the video card is not critical.
- Not HP) Yes, I was not very pleased with the blocking of x64 virtualization at the BIOS level.
- Purchase in Ukraine. Accordingly, a used macbook from eBay is not my choice)
What will I do on it? Internet, documents (Kingsoft office), Android development (Android Studio). It is necessary that he does not choke on these tasks. Well, maybe sometimes play chess and raise virtual machines.
Who knows good options for a reasonable price?

in my opinion, any laptop that fulfills the following conditions is suitable for development 0. RAM = 8
+ GB, CPU = i5 or analogues 1.
size from 14 inches (less inconvenient) .the ability to install 2-3 crowns, one of which is an SSD and the second HDD from 1TB for trash (for example, I have msata + 2hdd ) durable An additional requirement may be a small power supply with long wires. In my opinion, the best representatives are ThinkPads. With my t420, I can sit all day on the lawn without charging in the summer. Very nice!
