The virus encrypted the files and gave them the extension .ytbl and .xtbl. What to do?

Tragedy has happened! The virus has encrypted important files on the computer. If anyone knows, is there currently a tool for decrypting files?
An example file (don't worry about the long file name):
rghost.ru/private/8HX5HJyHy/69199804adece7941c01ec...

Utility from Kaspersky Lab for decrypting XTBL and YTBL files! Maybe someone will come in handy!

nothing will work out, there is a sad experience, it will not be possible to decrypt, to raise the current from the backup.
