Can I access someone else's computer without using viruses?
Good afternoon! I'm interested in the question: can I access someone else's computer without using virus programs? And if so, how does this happen? And where can I read in more detail about such computer hacking (interested in a book, article)?
PS I am writing an article and it is interesting to know.

Criminal Code Article 273. Creation, use and distribution of malicious computer programs
( as
amended
by Federal Law No. 420-FZ of December 7, 2011) deliberately intended for unauthorized destruction, blocking, modification, copying of computer information or neutralization of computer information protection means, -
shall be punishable by restraint of liberty for a term of up to four years, or by compulsory labor for a term of up to four years, or by imprisonment for the same term with a fine in the amount of up to two hundred thousand rubles or in the amount of the wage or other income of the convicted person for a period of up to eighteen months.
2. The deeds provided for by paragraph 1 of this Article, committed by a group of persons by prior agreement, or by an organized group, or by a person using his official position, as well as causing major damage or committed out of selfish interest, -
shall be punishable by restraint of liberty for a term up to four years, or forced labor for a term up to five years, with or without deprivation of the right to hold certain positions or engage in certain activities for a term up to three years, or imprisonment for a term up to five years, with a fine in the amount of one hundred thousand to two hundred thousand rubles or in the amount of wages or other income of the convicted person for a period of two to three years or without it and with deprivation of the right to hold certain positions or engage in certain activities for a period of up to three years or without it.
3. The acts provided for by the first or second part of this article, if they caused grave consequences or created a threat of their occurrence, -
shall be punishable by deprivation of liberty for a term of up to seven years.
Criminal Code of the Russian Federation Article 272. Illegal access to computer information (as
amended
by Federal Law No. 420-FZ of December 7, 2011) , modification or copying of computer information, is
punishable by a fine in the amount of up to 200 thousand roubles, or in the amount of the wage or salary, or any other income of the convicted person for a period of up to 18 months, or by corrective labor for a term of up to one year, or by restraint of liberty for a term of up to two years, or forced labor for a term of up to two years, or imprisonment for the same term.
2. The same act, which has caused major damage or committed out of selfish interest, -
shall be punishable by a fine in the amount of 100 thousand to 300 thousand roubles, or in the amount of the wage or salary, or any other income of the convicted person for a period of one to two years, or by corrective labor for a term of one to two years, or by restraint of liberty for a term of up to four years, or forced labor for up to four years, or imprisonment for the same term.

Notes. 1. Computer information refers to information (messages, data) presented in the form of electrical signals, regardless of the means of their storage, processing and transmission.
2. Large-scale damage in the articles of this chapter is recognized as damage, the amount of which exceeds one million rubles.
