The virtual machine on VMWARE ESXI does not start after transferring from VMWARE Workstation, what solutions can there be?

Windows 10

is installed on the virtual machine itself. The following message appears:

Failed to open \EFI\BOOT\grubx64.efi - Not Found
Failed to open load image \EFI\BOOT\grubx64 .efi: Not Found
start_image() returned Not Found
unsuccessful.
and then went looking for other boot options:
>EFI Floppy... unsuccessful.
>EFI VMware Virtual SATA CDROM Drive (1.0)... unsuccessful.
>EFI Network...
>Start PXE over IPv4.

Although when I start it in the same place (vmware workstation), it starts normally.
