The video stream from Nimble Streamer is played only on the local machine, how to set up broadcasting to the site?

I set up broadcasting using OBS + Nimble + Dash.js, there is an rstp stream from OBS, outgoing like http://ip:port/interface/nameStream/pass/manifest.mpd, it opens on the local machine in the VLC player, it is perfectly displayed on the site , BUT only on the local machine. On any other device, it does not load either on its website or in VLC. I read everything I could. Where to dig, tell me please.

It is likely that Nimble is installed on a computer that does not have a public IP address.
It will only be possible to distribute streams from it to the Internet if you configure port forwarding on the node (router) through which the computer accesses the Internet (i.e., the router must forward incoming requests).
To avoid this, you can put Nimble on a virtual server, which will immediately have a public IP, for example, taking the cheapest server at https://www.digitalocean.com/ or any other hosting.

I set up port forwarding, opened the port through which the stream goes. Still doesn't work. The option with the server disappears - the cheap one is too weak, and the powerful ones are painfully expensive). If there is anyone to help, skype kliffoss. thank you
