The video card cooler is spinning in jerks, then it starts spinning for 3 seconds, then it stops, and so again and again, what can it be at all?
Vidyushka GTX750Ti 2 GB, I didn’t notice this before, it worked fine for a year, recently it started working like this, scrolling the fan jerkily, everything is in order with power, it spins freely when it is turned off.
Is it possible to fix this somehow through the autoburner?

In cold weather without load, just as you turn on the game, it starts to spin normally.
The easiest way is to find a known-good cooler and connect it instead of the standard one and see how it works. In the regular, the grease may have thickened and cleaning is required, followed by lubrication of the shaft and bushing.
1. the bearing may be worn out and wedged. for prevention, you can clean the radiator, lubricate / replace the fan.
2. yes, you can make the fan spin constantly at minimum speed. there you can set the curve of dependence of speed on temperature. experimentally select a regime that suits the noise-temperature.
