What is the optimal operating temperature for a MacBook Pro?

Hello everybody!
I have a MacBook Pro 2016 with a Radeon pro 460 4GB discrete graphics card. I bought a custom build specifically with a good video card to sometimes play something. But all the time I used the laptop only for work. The general temperature does not exceed 35-45 degrees, coolers never work.
And then the other day I decided to indulge in one popular network game on my machine. Everything seems to be fine, but I'm worried that the temperature during the game stays around 65-68 degrees with the coolers constantly running.
Actually, I want to ask knowledgeable people: is this temperature normal under load, if you play a couple of hours a day? I heard that for some, when converting 4K video, the computer heats up to 80 degrees

This is normal, the peak temperature for a MacBook is about 110 degrees. +-
Coolers on your (and mine, the same) firmware generally start to increase speed only at 65 degrees (approximately), before that they work at stock speeds in 2156 and 2000. So don't worry, your coolers should overclock even at 80 not top speed)
