The touchpad does not work on a laptop, what should I do?
On the Acer Aspire E 15 Start laptop, the mouse with the touchpad behaves strangely.
It all started with the fact that the mouse with the touchpad did not work, completely rolled back the system to the factory settings with a reinstall.
System 8.1 was restored, the touchpad worked, everything worked well.
I decided to install wine 10. I installed it, but now the touchpad does not work again (the mouse works). What to do, how to be?
There is no "Mice and other pointing devices" item in device manager.

Install touchpad drivers. You can install via Driverpack Solution online. if that doesn't help, go into the bios, it's probably disabled there.
