The temperature of the processor in the laptop jumps, what is the reason?

Good afternoon. On a laptop, I decided to check the CPU temperatures, and it seemed to me that they behave extremely inappropriately. Those. the processor can have a temperature of 50 degrees, you open the browser (the load on the percentage rises by 100% for a moment), and at that moment the temperature can also jump to 97 degrees and become 50-55 again in a couple of seconds. That is, as if the monitoring does not show the real temperature, but the binding to the voltage. As soon as the voltage rises, it instantly increases the temperature indicator. While the laptop does not even have time to warm up. What could be the reason? Proc i5-9300h gp 1660ti max-q
