The system unit and peripherals are "pinched" without grounding - how to deal with it?
The system unit of a computer, a laptop, peripherals (a keyboard with a metal case, flash drives, even headphones) are slightly "pinched" when touched. A trifle, but unpleasant. As far as I understand, this is due to the lack of grounding - there is no third contact in the sockets for this purpose, and this is not provided for in the network as a whole.
It is not possible to redo the electrical network at home. Reversing the plug in the outlet does not help. There are no heating batteries, if anything, either.
Is there any way to deal with this "pinching" effect? Apart from laying down a rubber mat or putting on rubber slippers.

So it should be, this is a feature of computer and not only power supplies. there are capacitors from phase and zero to the case, through which a little current seeps.
The details, of course, have already been described on Habré https://habr.com/en/post/153821/
It is necessary to ground it, or not to touch it with your hands.
No way. Grounding only.
Grounding to the battery is a terrible move, don't do it like that.
If you live in a private house, then simply drive an iron stick into the ground and run the cable to the PC.
In principle, grounding is necessary not in order to "not pinch", but so that in the event of a phase short circuit to the case, no one is killed. Something is wrong with your computer, most likely the PSU.
