The speed of Bitnami Owncloud on a domain name is very slow. What could be the reason?

I used a ready-made solution from Bitnami https://bitnami.com/stack/owncloud Deployed a VM on the local network, updated it, configured static addressing, created a record on DNS doc.site.com - 10.10.1.5, registered NS servers everywhere in Ubuntu. Pings and resolves via dns with a bang. But the DNS page doc.site.com sometimes opens for 30 seconds. sometimes just 2 seconds. Please tell me what could be the problem.

Is ip always ok? Or also?
Create a simple php page like test.php:

<?
print "Hello!";
?>

and check on it.
If all is well, then it's clearly not about dns and names.
What is happening on your page is unknown. Can the DB sometimes slows down.
