Situation: an online store operates on the market of the CIS countries, but is administered from China. Hosted on a Russian server.
The speed of access to the site of CIS clients is excellent, which cannot be said about Chinese users who have problems with the speed of access to the site. Apparently affects the geographical location of the servers.
