What is the best commenting system?

I have sites on Wordpress, but such solutions are interesting not only in the form of plugins for it. I want to make it convenient to comment on blog articles without the need to register specifically on the site or through a WordPress account. Therefore, authorization through social networks is critical so that you do not need to register, but just press a button and confirm the action. Moreover, for an audience from Russia and the CIS countries, i.e. VKontakte and Odnoklassniki are a must (and Facebook and Twitter already exist in all existing ones).
Of those that I know, DeComments, Hypercomments and Cackle have similar functionality. There is also Disqus, but it does not have VK and OK. The ability to attach photos, insert quotes, and more would be useful, but at the moment is not as critical as a single authorization.
Share your experience of using such systems and how much they load the site site. Maybe there are other analogues with authorization through social networks (namely, VK and OK, and not just FB, TV and G+) that I don’t know about? For paid systems, the adequacy of the cost is of interest. My sites do not generate income (at least now) and I don’t really want to spend 500 rubles a month just for the opportunity to leave a comment (there will be a lot of traffic and income - I’ll pay without any problems). I would appreciate detailed stories.
And along the way, the question is: is it difficult to write your own similar system for insertion into the site? Perhaps it is more profitable to write with the desired functionality.

I use Discus on my site. He does an excellent job. Pulls hundreds of comments without problems. Example at the end of the page.

For authorization through social networks, it is logical to use Disqus.
In general, you can make anonymous comments through the main WordPress function and the Akismet plugin so that you don’t get spammed.

If you don't want to face the limitations of paid HyperComments and Cackle, then only Disqus.
I've used Disqus on my site before and it was great. But I was gnawed by the fact that VK and OK users must register in Disqus. Put HyperComments, paid money. As a result, comments from HyperComments are not transferred to WordPress for free. The number of comments is loaded from the HyperComments site via JS - with a bad connection and a long timeout, they seem to be absent.
By the way, there are no more comments with the new HyperComments system.

IMHO, if a person has an acc in classmates, then with a high probability he has an acc and vkontakte ... It depends on the specific audience, but it seems to me that finding a person who does not have a vkontakte account is more difficult than the one who has an account.
Based on the foregoing, it seems to me that a standard VKontakte comments widget is enough.
