Are web developers interested in an affiliate program with payment aggregators?

I'm wondering how relevant it is for web developers to have some kind of payment in partners? (because at the moment I am developing my marketing campaign, I am looking for a benchmark in the market beyond the end users).
The bottom line is that you have a customer for whom you are making a website, if it is somehow connected with the trade in goods / services, the customer will sooner or later be interested in the opportunity to pay for all this on the Internet. And you already have a ready-made solution.
For example, it was profitable for me, I gave a little for the work (that is, for installing a payment gateway) and plus I received a percentage of the payment for integration. But perhaps other developers have a different vision. I would like to hear opinions.
