The site on the container is not available, how to get through?

there is a virtualbox with two interfaces, one looks to the Internet, the other to the local network, I connect to it on port 22, I launched a docker, and a container with a web server, but the site is not available, what could be wrong?

Docker exec -ti image_id /bin/bash and look at the logs there.
