How to fix incorrect work of micro and no demon packages?

I am taking a course on Yandex dialogs. Did everything as in the description. Downloaded docker. Then the files from the repository. Created a json with micro and nodemon dependencies and started the container. In theory, micro is an https server and nodemon tracks changes in the code. The lessons show that when you change the code, the server accepts the changes. And in my case, until I restart the server, nothing changes
