The site on HTTPS is not visible through vk.com, and some other services, what could be the error?

Initial data:

• there is a website ( https://europa58.ru/ ), it works using the https protocol (the certificate was received via REG.RU from GlobalSign)
  
• The site is hosted by TimeWeb
  
• the site is running CMS Drupal 7
  
• the certificate is installed correctly (checking through https://www.sslshopper.com/ssl-checker.html passes completely positively)
  
• users see everything perfectly through the browser
  
• configured full redirect from http to https
  

The essence of the problem:

1. When you try to share a link on vk.com , no data is loaded about the site (I don’t know how it’s called correctly, something like a snippet). Generally none. So it remains just a text link. Everything works great on Facebook and Google+.
   
2. When I try to create an ad on vk.com , at the first step I get the error "You can't access the specified site."
   
3. When checking the site with the https://gtmetrix.com service , it also gives the error "An error occurred fetching the page: HTTPS error: hostname verification failed"
   
4. Yandex.Metrica sometimes starts to show that the counter is unavailable , although the data continues to arrive correctly.
   

I understand that there is some kind of error in the settings, but I can’t even imagine in which direction to dig.
Who has any ideas?

Perhaps the matter is in the IPv6 address - 2a03:6f00:1:0:0:0:b039:d202.
Maybe VK does not understand them, or it is not configured correctly, or SSL is not configured correctly on it.

perhaps you need to specify meta tags for VK, or they are empty, it’s
still possible that something with hosting connectivity
