How to make a CallBack API bot?

Wrote VK bots on LongPoll API using Node JS.

I want to try the CallBack API , the documentation says "Callback API sends notifications to your server"

But I still can't figure out where to get this server , I have a Linux machine on AWS, will it work? How to make this server in general, where you can find instructions, I really want, please help

AWS will do.
If in Python, then for simplicity, you can do it in Flask.
In fact, this is a regular web server, with a project on %framework_name%.
CallBack url is the path on your server where the request (POST) from VKontakte will arrive.
And along this path you process the data that VK sends.
