The site is not logged in. What could be the problem?

When you refresh the page or go to other pages, authorization instantly disappears. How to fix? What could be the problem? The server (vmBitrix) was tested through the bitrix_server_test script and there are no errors like the session is working. I can't figure out what the problem is. Thanks
