How to debug a mobile application online store?

Hello everyone, I have an online store website, I made a mobile application. Now it needs to be debugged. I was told to install node.js and weinre.
A site with a mobile application lies on some server.
When installing weinre, I specify my Localhost 127.0.01, weinre starts up,
but sees nothing.
Site on the server, weinre on LAN. Is it logical to assume that it will not work this way?
