The site is not available on www. Is it about indexing?

There is a site on Bitrix.
Closed from indexing, available at the site.ru format address
When you try to log in through www.site.ru, it says "server is not available". Setting 301 does not help (even 404 does not issue).

Is there a www entry? and it leads to the same server?
