Good afternoon. Yesterday I noticed something strange when fellow programmers could not connect to one of the servers on hetzner. I (Moscow, MGTS, and also Moscow-megaphone) went to the address normally, but a colleague from Siberia (tele2), as well as from the Moscow region (iota) could not reach the IP.
I first checked for the presence of an RKN lock, but it's empty. I thought that the hetzner provided some kind of broken IP address, changed it and everything worked for everyone.
And today Live Chat stopped working in our already working application! The application knocks on the address https://secure.livechatinc.com and even I (megaphone Moscow) cannot reach this IP. Although with VPN it opens normally.

It happens that one of the providers on the way to the host blocks requests from ranges of ip addresses, due to malicious activity from them.
