The site is almost not loading, how to fix it?

Hello!
Friends, I ran into a problem:
Sometimes, the site does not load (only the preloader shows).
And now the same trouble, if earlier it was enough just control + f5 in any browser and everything stopped fine, now in Chrome such a number does not pass in any way ...
through the console, it gives the following error:

I just can’t understand, does it turn out that svg messes up somewhere? If so, how to fix it?
Thank you.

@OtshelnikFm

Disable all plugins, switch to the default wp theme. Turn on one at a time - look for the culprit

Thanks everyone!
But to be honest, I don’t understand anything at all... I
panicked and didn’t really explain the essence of the problem:
Browsers open the site without problems (or almost without them).
Now I was trying to use the tool from Google "Tags" and so these same tags do not want to open the main page of my site ...
