The site does not open through Yota. Through other providers normally. How to get through to their engineers?

Our site 100sp.ru since Friday has actually ceased to open for 80-90% of Yota users. Through other providers everything is OK. We are trying to talk with their support, but we get only standard answers, we will figure it out and neither the timing nor the reasons. It is clear that they are trained for something else. How do you even deal with this?
