You can set up an online store locally (a local license is not needed), it is very convenient and visual to start goods in it and write out reporting documents. As an option, you can consider this product of the company where I work. If you want to switch to 1C, then you can upload all the goods to 1C from the store so as not to fill the database again. You can also upload goods to Excel for import into other programs, etc.
