The server responds to all requests Not Found?

After configuring HTTPS according to this instruction
Configuring HTTPS in Apache on Windows 8.1
The server began to respond to all requests with Not Found.
How to solve this problem ?
Do I need to change something in htaccess ?
And to do with the files themselves?
