PHP. The same engine works on XAMPP on Windows, but not on Linux. What can be wrong?

Good afternoon.
I tested the music site engine found on the Internet.
Everything is fine on Windows in XAMPP.
On Ubuntu (Apache+PHP7.0+MySQL) it was installed without problems. All required modules are installed.
But when loading the page and going to any menu, it hangs. The download icon is spinning and you can't poke anywhere else. As if JS is not processed or something like that ..
When you enter the admin panel, it generally displays a message one letter per line:
