The same content on a URL with duplicate slashes is considered duplicate content (only those who know please answer!)?

Google returns a 200 response in both cases:
https://www.google.ru////
https://www.google.ru////intl/ru////policies////pr...
If we consider this as duplicates, then in the end we have an infinite number of duplicates?
Moreover, Google writes special recommendations for creating a 301 redirect for the last slash in the URL:
https://webmasters.googleblog.com/2010/04/to-slash...
It turns out that Google does not consider the same content at duplicated URLs as duplicate content. slashes, but at the same time takes into account the very presence or absence of such a slash?

Yandex and Google in the presence of rel="caninaical" should correctly process pages with slashes. If the site is already indexed, you can see what URLs are in the search results!

As Google writes in the link you provided, "Use a 301 redirect from the duplicate to the preferred version. If that's not possible, rel="canonical"" There we are talking about a URL with a slash and without at the end. And if there are several slashes, then 404 - I should show up.
