The provider closed the ports, How to bypass the blocking?

RTK closed ports 80, 443, 8080, it turns out. The question arose, how to bypass the blocking? And in general, is blocking at the router level or on their side? Router RT-GM-1. Dynamic IP.

upd:
contacted TP rtk. The reason for blocking is "to secure client routers against hacking". And according to TP, this blocking is not only with me. To remove the blocking from these ports, you need to purchase the service of a dedicated IP address. SHSHTTOOOO

If you really closed it, and it's not about the router settings, try asking tp to open them. If they don't open, install vpn with access through port 53.
