How to get a cheap but powerful wired router for a 100 Mbps PPPoE connection?

Hello!
My legendary, but hopelessly outdated Linksys WRT54GL, after maximum tuning, keeps a connection with the pppoe provider at only 5.6 megabytes per second (44.8 Mbps).
I want to put a powerful piece of iron in front of him so that he can keep calm 100 Mbps, but at a cost of up to 1000 rubles. WiFi in the device is not needed.

Is it real? Maybe mikrotik or tp-link offer something similar?

Thanks in advance!

Who measures powerful pieces of iron with megabits? They measure them in packages, and then how it will turn out - a lot depends on the provider in this sense too.
Perhaps zyxel keenetic is suitable - it gives quite pleasant numbers on pptp and l2tp, I don’t see pppoe right away, but when I looked, I seemed to see numbers of the order of 80-90Mbps, although I can’t vouch for it now.

100 megabit torrents should be pumped.
On large packages, Mikrotiks do an excellent job.
I am the owner of 2x RB1100AHx2
I really don't like small packages, especially from game servers. They can be bent even at 100 megabits.

Heh. Adult processors die on 100 Mbps of small packets (including torrents) (the pppoe process rests on one core), and you want such a router =)
My xl2tp eats out 100% of the Turion core and smokes around 30 mbps, so you're lucky more)

I have Dlink DIR-655 revision A for more than 2 years (I took it then for 4300r)
pptp at 100 megabits pulls, it does not hang on torrents and does not reboot. It’s as if everything is direct without a router =)
I didn’t test it on pppoe, but if I really need it, I can =)
It’s a pity they aren’t on sale, now revision B is being sold, it’s not very ...

Thank you! I need to pull 100 Mbit torrents. :)
I still do not understand if routerboard-750gl can pppoe and in what form it is there. Provider Netbynet (Moscow).

understandable) lately I've been fascinated with just BD-images. And they already have to download for 2.5 hours with my connection (just 38 gigs downloaded for 2.30 minutes).
The provider began to offer 100 Mbps at a reasonable price, but the router cannot do that much.
Buy a piece of iron for more than 3000 rubles. somehow laziness, considering that I bought my router only 2 years ago.
Colobock , a regular switch for 500 rubles also pulls 100 Mbps without conversion. :)
