For some time, Rutracker and other sites from the list have stopped working, There is a VPN server from Digital Ocean in Holland, the connection is successfully established and working, the IP address on other resources is displayed as Dutch, nevertheless, the provider manages to somehow calculate access from the browser to " sanctions sites. How does he do it and what can be done? The most interesting thing is that these same sites open perfectly through the ZenMate plugin.

In general, the matter turned out to be in the provider's DNS, changed the primary one to 8.8.8.8, rebooted the router and it all worked.
