How to set up internet via VPN if there is no white ip?
Hello! There are 2 raspberry pi: RPi-A, RPi-B. RPi-A is connected to the Internet and has a white, static Ukrainian ip. RPi-B is connected to the internet with a gray and dynamic but Russian ip. It is necessary to configure vpn so that you can connect to the Internet via RPi-B from any device (Android, Windows XP, Windows 8.1), preferably without installing unnecessary applications. You can use vpn to connect RPi-A, RPi-B and other devices to one network and set up a proxy server on RPi-B. But is it possible to do without a proxy? How? Or maybe you can connect directly to RPi-B without white ip?

Option 1: Set up a VNP server on RPi-A and connect RPi-B to it. On RPi-B, raise a VPN server on a "different port", from RPi-A forward this port to RPi-B, on RPi-B configure nat. Connecting to RPi-A on the "other port" we will go to the Internet with IP RPi-B
Option 2: Set up a VNP server on RPi-A and connect RPi-B to it. Route VPN mesh to RPi-B and natit there. Connecting to RPi-A, we will go online with IP RPi-B
