The problem with the ftp server, why does not want to let in in passive mode?

Good afternoon! Yesterday I increased the capacity of my server with the provider. After that, ftp stopped letting in to the server in passive mode, it works in active mode. Firewall is not enabled in Windows, what could be wrong?

go amazon and go change ip or firewall on the server

On the server
Also add iptables rules if necessary.
