I see two options so far:
1. x-originating-ip: [192.168.0.143] - spamhouse does not like your gray address behind nat, which for some reason breaks through the recipient's Exchange Online, try to cut it out with a transport wheel on the sender's exchange.
2. I also don't like the From line, where the QP "Babushkin Anton Vadimovich" is encoded, but there is no sender's email address.
Both problems correlate little with the indication of the reason for the rejection of the message, but this sometimes happens.
