I create a droplet, then access to it is only through the browser console.
Through the terminal shouts:

Authentication is based on the key, everything is in order with the key, because through vpn on ssh goes fine. files: /etc/hosts.allow and /etc/hosts.deny are clean.
I created a ticket in DO, but they didn’t tell me anything new, they say check your firewall.
who to blame? DO or provider (interzet))?

Check the droplet ip here https://blocklist.rkn.gov.ru/
Recreate the droplet until you get an unblocked ip
