The power of the router is behind the wall, is it safe?

A neighbor behind the wall (a brick house) has a Rostelecom router installed, located on the floor, approximately in the same place where my child sleeps, and for some reason the analyzer in the program, in one place (as I understand it closer to it) shows -35dBm, ( I read that -35 is considered a dangerous level, -50 is acceptable, I understand that this is not power but signal level, but anyway, does a brick absorb radiation so weakly that it gives only -35? Is it dangerous to sleep there? In the head area shows -53.

Attach the foil. And the neighbor will be better off and you will be calmer

There is ionizing radiation ("radiation") and non-ionizing radiation. If you haven’t skipped physics, you know that the microwave in routers and microwave ovens does not ionize, it can only heat up at high power (as in microwave ovens), there is not even close such power in indoor routers.
