When a WIFI/Ethernet adapter is connected to a router, in its control panel (which is at 192.168.1.1) you can see its manufacturer, because the router determines the manufacturer, and how can I change the manufacturer displayed?

Typically, the manufacturer is determined by the first three octets of the MAC address. If the adapter allows you to change the MAC, then set any random one that is not yet on the network.
