The PC does not immediately see other PCs on the network. What is the problem?

I collected a PC for the office. This motherboard
If you connect the network after loading the PC (the PC is in a separate building, a permanent connection is not needed there), then it does not see other PCs. If you restart it (when the network is connected), everything displays normally. The PC that stood before worked fine. What's the problem?
UPD: The PC is in a separate small network. This network is connected to the office network via a wireless bridge. Actually, after the bridge is turned on (if the computer is already on), the PCs of the office network are not displayed.
PING intranet does not pass, but the Internet is connected. IP static. DHCP, respectively, is not present. Installed KIS 2016 with default settings (actually, like on all PCs on the network).
Once again, any other PC in its place works fine!

In the Windows peer-to-peer network, there is such a thing as a master browser. It is chosen by "voting" of computers, it can be any computer with Windows. The task of the masterk browser is to maintain a list of computers on the network and respond to requests.
So, when the computer is turned on and the wireless bridge is disabled, the master browser in your "separate small network" is already selected among the available computers. A large network has its own master browser. When you connect the network, a master browser conflict is created. The conflict is not detected immediately, it takes some time to decide who will still remain the master browser and after that to notify workstations about the change in master borwser. The computers should then register with the new browser master, if necessary.
When the wireless bridge is already working and you turn on your computer, Windows immediately detects a normal operating master browser and everything works.
I see the following way out: on all computers in your separate network, disable the selection of the master browser. This is done by editing the registry:
HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\Browser\Parameters
MaintainServerList="No"
IsDomainMaster="No"

Is the light on the network card? Is there a link?
If there is no link, then you have problems with the physics of the channel (too far, the signal is weak or the network card is faulty).
If there is a link, then ping. Does the ping work?
Here, a problem in DHCP was mentioned nearby - indeed, DHCP is quite demanding on the quality of the communication channel. Change the address to static.

Give more information: How is the network configured? PC in a separate building on the same subnet with others? How does he get the address - from DHCP or manually configured? What's with the firewall? How are the buildings connected?
