Is it refspam or something else?

I see that the site receives quite a lot of requests for a non-existent url. It looks something like this:
www.domain.com/mozekcdn-a.akamaihd.net/gsd.html?v=3&d=http:%2F%2Fdomain.com What
is causing this, has anyone come across? Judging by the Internet, someone has already encountered this, but I have not found any intelligible descriptions of the problem and its solution.

Two options:
1) refspam, it is necessary to close statistics from viewing
2) the www.domain.com/mozekcdn-a.akamaihd.net/gsd.html script is engaged in an internal redirect, if you substitute an external link, then traffic will be redirected to an external link. It is treated by auditing redirects and prohibiting transitions to an external link.
