How do I configure the router so that iptv and the Internet go through the same port?

Internet access goes via VLAN ID 30 to 3 ethernet ports
iptv, as I understand it, it goes through a port untagged to 1 ethernet,
you need to connect via one cable to another router (ASUS RT-N12D1 or D-LINK DIR- 300) which will distribute the Internet and iptv

On Huawei, you need to set up an IGMP Proxy. I couldn't find screenshots of the config. Probably, there you can specify the port on which you will need to proxy IGMP, and to which you will connect a router with IGMP Snooping / Proxy support.
