There was a need to transfer the server, it is impossible to start nfs.
Initial data:
- nfs client (debian 7.7, i686) ip: 192.168.1.12
- old nfs server (ubuntu Ubuntu 10.04.4 LTS, x86_64) ip: 192.168.1.7
- new nfs server (debian 7.8, x86_64) ip : 192.168.1.31
The essence of the problem, on the client I do:

In general, he acted drastically. Moved x64 server to ubuntu.
There is no such problem and everything immediately works as it should.
