I can't change the ip address of loopback, what's wrong in the configuration file?

loop should not change. it is always considered that the Loop address is 127.0.0.1
, you can try the advice from the comment, add a second address to
it. Why did you need to change the address of the loop interface at all? it is only used to link programs within the OS itself...
