Hello! I installed ubuntu on a Windows PC, they are on different hard drives, everything worked, the OS selection panel was displayed, the next day without launching the panel, Windows starts immediately. please help me to display the OS selection panel

Look at bios settings. Perhaps in the boot item you have a disk with windows in place 1. Put the boot disk with ubuntu before the disk with windows.

It won't be easy. In your case (linux newbie) it is better to reinstall linux so as not to break windows.
Why not just use a virtual machine (vmware, virtualbox)?

I would first try reinstalling the grub bootloader . You will need a bootable ubuntu flash drive.
