Neither Mikrotik nor Ubiquiti can handle 50 connections. Maximum 25 and that is not a fact.
You need a controller + 2-3 Wi-Fi points. Otherwise, this is a kindergarten with constant falling off and rebooting equipment, and so on.
The key word here is "controller".
