The number of communication channels with a load of one subscriber 0.03 Earl?

If I have 6000 subscribers who need to provide Internet at a speed of 10 Mbps and it was calculated that one ab generates a load of 0.0323 Earl, then how many communication channels are needed in this case?

Judging by what is written in the wiki about earl, the bandwidth per subscriber in your case will be 10 * 0.0323 = 0.323 Mbps. For 6000 subscribers, 1938 Mbps will be obtained, i.e. almost 2 Gb/s.
Add here another ~30% (~2.5Gb / s) of bandwidth and order such a communication channel from Provo.
