The new battery on the tablet is not charging?

I have a tablet Prestigio Multipad 5080C Pro
In general, my native battery began to die (5400mah, two plates apparently 2700 each), it was discharged in half an hour, charged in three. Well, the usual story. 3-line battery (red, white and black cables).
I ordered a new one for Ali ( link ). Old soldered, new soldered. I turned on the tablet - everything is in order, everything works, showed 44%.
In short, he was delighted, stuck in the charge immediately. After 4 hours I look - nothing has changed! All the same 44%! I drove it, the charge smoothly began to fall. Now there are 10% left. When I turn on the plug - it says "charging is in progress", I take it out - it does not write.
I don't know what to do. Charging with the old battery worked, everything was charging. The charger is native, at the output 2ah (did not check the truth). I have a tester, I am friends with a soldering iron, my hands grow from the right place (I checked it in the mirror).
Based on the fact that the old battery was at least somehow charged before the replacement, I think you can’t blame the nest. The tablet was not stitched. I also did a factory reset.
