The motherboard does not start with two RAM, what's the problem?

Good day, I ran into such a problem:
I bought two identical strips of RAM, I insert them into sets and when the computer starts, the motherboard does not start, i.e. there is no picture and no characteristic sound. Doesn't make any sounds at all.
Separately with one bar it starts normally.
RAM 2 sticks - GOODRAM DDR3 1600 MHz CL11 DIMM SR, 2 GB each.
Motherboard MSI H55M-P31.
Power supply for 400W.
I ask you to help deal with this situation, tk. I can't find any information on the Internet with these "symptoms".

I just recently had the same problem. The computer worked fine for a year with two bars, and then unexpected reboots went. With one bar silence, worked in the normal mode. I was tormented for 2 months, no matter what I did - fiddling with software, reinstalling Windows ... cleaning everything and everything connectors. But taking a while to use a known-good power supply, he determined that the reason was in it. Then he opened his power supply, and found two swollen capacitors at the output. I replaced them, and another one of the same company, they stood at 3 and 5 volts. I measured it on the device - their capacity fell from 3300 microfarads to 2. I replaced it with serviceable ones, the computer worked with two bars as it should.
But there is one more thing, I read about it in the answers in the dns store:
Kingston HyperX FURY Blue Series 4Gb RAM
I installed this RAM, the computer hung on the motherboard splash screen and does not respond to keys (ASUS P7P55D-E LX P55). Is the RAM compatible with this motherboard.

If your processor is dual-core, then it is not compatible. You need to look for double-sided modules in the secondary market.

Hello. In this case, Compatibility depends on the installed processor, current 4 GB single-packed modules (8 chips) like HX313C9FW/4 support memory controllers for processors based on the Lynnfield architecture (from Core i5-750 and higher), with processors based on the Clarkdale architecture ( Celeron, Pentium, Core i3, Core i5 up to Core i5-680 inclusive) require 4 GB modules with double-sided packaging (16 chips), in the absence of such modules in retail, pay attention to the secondary market.
