windows 7, the disk did not seem to be damaged, I insert it into another PC, it sees this hard one in the BIOS, but it says boot disk failure, there is a lot of information and programs, I would not want to restore

Seven badly experiences such situations. With ten it is easier - it would start normally.
Option 1 - boot from iveCD and connect just like a disk, copy all the info.
Option 2 - buy a similar mother.
