Advise the most productive VPN tunnel with encryption (for example IPSsec) on MikroTIK that you have encountered in your practice.
I plan to connect the branches between each other, I use hex (with a hardware encryption chip) on the other end of the CHR
, l2tp + ipscec is now used, but I think there are better options.
Employees will connect via rdp to the win server from the local location of the Mikrotik branch.
